Bunny Head Cake with Strawberries

Strawbeery Eyes!!

Strawbeery Eyes!!

I put a layer of strawberry puree down at the bottom of the cake and decorated my bunny head with strawberry eyes. Served with strawberry ice cream. He looks a little evil but still cute and tasted amazing. I think blueberries will look better as eyes and will taste good so I think I try those next time.

Whimsical
by: Anonymous

I make the same cake less the strawberries. I use the white icing, but I separate a little and mix it with red to make pink icing for the bow tie and the inside of the ears. That is for the people who do not like the coconut. I also use black jelly beans for the eyes, red licorice for the mouth with black licorice for whiskers. Makes it a little more whimsical.
