Crispy Turkey Legs- How to Get Drumstick Skin Crisp?

HI, Not sure how to get turkey drumsticks with crispy skin outside and moist inside. Can either roast in a gas oven with a roasting/cake pan, or fire grill, on a wood fire, I don't have a deep fryer. Suggestions please?

Crispy Turkey Legs with Moist Meat

Hi there. Of course it's true the that easiest way to get crispy turkey legs is with a deep fryer. But the best way to be sure that your turkey legs are nice and moist inside and crisp outside without a fryer is to ensure that the skin is dry, dry, dry. Pat them dry and then let them air-dry in the fridge at least two hours before cooking-- it really helps avoid soggy skin!
