Grill Time for 7.5 Pound Turkey Breast
by: Karen from DDP

Hi! Thanks for writing in with your question. A turkey breast needs to be cooked over indirect heat on your grill-- if you use direct heat, it'll burn before it cooks.

A turkey breast that's about 7.5 pounds should cook on a covered grill over medium-low indirect heat in about 1 3/4 to 2 hours. When the temperature reads 170 with a meat thermometer, it should be done. Let it rest a bit before slicing.

Good luck! And be sure to write in if you have any more questions.

Thanks,
Karen
