How to Smoke a Turkey Breast and Thighs in an Electric Smoker

Can you please give me some advice on smoking a turkey breast and some turkey thighs? Should I be wrapping them in something like cheesecloth or foil? Should I be dry rubbing them before putting them in the smoker, etc. I found lots of info for whole turkeys but nothing for just breast and thighs. Thank You.

How Long to Cook Turkey Breast in a Smoker

As far as rubs, foil, and flavorings go, it should work exactly the same as it would with a full-sized turkey. The only thing you'll need to adjust is the time.
