All-Purpose Poultry Rub

Ingredients:
3/4 C. paprika
1/4 C. freshly ground black pepper
1/4 C. celery salt
1/4 C. sugar
2 tbsp. dry mustard powder
2 tbsp. onion powder
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. finely minced lemon zest

Instructions: Combine ingredients. Rub into chicken, turkey, cornish game hens... anything that flies.
