Asian Fusion Fried Turkey Injection

Ingredients:
1/2 C. plum wine or Sake
1/4 C. honey
1/4 C. rice vinegar
1/4 C. soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger powder

Instructions: 1. Heat the wine or Sake with all the other ingredients until completely blended.

2. Inject throughout the bird while still warm.
