World's Easiest Blueberry Crumble... in the Crockpot!

This is a four ingredient recipe that comes together in about 6 microseconds and tastes really wonderful. It's very sweet and not very healthy... but it's easy, can be made ahead of time, and tastes divine.

This is one of my favorite 4th of July dessert ideas when I'm short on time but want something impressive. I've made this up the morning before, let it sit in the crockpot, and turned it on 2-3 hours before serving with great success. Serve with vanilla ice cream and a few fresh raspberries for a red, white, and blue patriotic dessert.

Ingredients:
1 can (21 oz.) blueberry pie filling
1 package plain yellow cake mix (not prepared-- just the dry mix!)
1/2 C. butter, chilled
1/2 C. chopped pecans

Instructions: 1. With a pastry cutter or two knives, cut the butter into the DRY cake mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

2. Pour your blueberry pie filling into the bottom of your slow cooker.

3. Sprinkle cake-butter mixture over.

4. Sprinkle with pecans.

5. Cook on low heat 2-3 hours. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream and raspberries. One of the easiest 4th of July dessert ideas ever!
