Easter Drink Recipe: Peach Iced Tea

This southern sweet peach tea recipe is the perfect accompaniment to a traditional Easter meal. It's springy, sweet, and addictive. Add a bit more sugar if you like yours sweeter... but I think this version of the recipe gives you the best balance of sweetness, tang, and tea goodness.

Ingredients:
3 cans (11.5 oz. each) peach nectar
3 quarts strong, brewed tea, hot
1/2 C. granulated or superfine sugar
1/4 C. freshly squeezed lemon juice
Mint, to garnish (optional)

Instructions: 1. Stir sugar into hot, brewed tea until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients (except mint).

2. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled. Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint, if desired.
