July 4th Edible Pretzel Sparklers Snack

As far as easy Fourth of July snacks go, making edible sparkers is always fun... especially for any kiddos at your party!

You don't need a lot of skill for this fun 4th of July snack... just some pretzel rods and white chocolate. This recipe comes together in no time at all, and is a lot of fun to eat. If you can find edible glitter, it works great. Otherwise, regular sprinkles (as pictured here) work fine, too!

Ingredients:
20 long pretzel rods
1 C. white chocolate chips
Red/white/blue sprinkles or star-shaped sprinkles

Instructions: 1. Melt your chocolate slowly either in the microwave or over a double boiler.

2. When it's smooth, dip your pretzels halfway down.

3. Turn the pretzels into a cup (dry end down) so you can coat the chocolate with sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.

4. That's it! Chill for a short time before serving (and leave any extra in the refrigerator for refills).
