Purple Eared Bunny Cake

I LOVE my bunny cake. I think it's the best of the bunch. She's got so much coconut on her she's actually fluffy, and I love the purple ears I gave her. This was fun to do with my kids (who are 6 and 8)

The candy surrounding her in the tray are chocolate eggs. A lot of them got eaten so its not as wasteful as green coconut would probably be.
