Roasting Two Whole Turkey Breasts in One Oven

Question - If I want to roast two turkey breasts (7-8 lbs each) - in the same pan - would the cooking time and temp change from what is listed on your website? Would I need to add additional time or higher temp for two breast as opposed to one breast? Thank You!

How to Roast Turkey Turkey Breasts Together

Thanks for writing in with your turkey question! To cook two turkey breasts, the process should be almost exactly the same as with one. Maintain the temperature in your recipe, and set the cook time for the largest of your turkey breasts, and then add 15 minutes. Be sure to check their internal temperature, though, before adding the 15 minutes. Depending on your oven, their size, and other factors, the turkey breasts may not need the additional time. If the internal temperature at the thickest part of both breasts reads done, pull 'em out!
